Coleman and I went to the UK game against Morehead St. That was a pretty fun game, plus we had front row seats! Apparently we were even on TV! We also FINALLY got my old white Camry sold and got one of our loans paid off with the profit. That is an excellent feeling!
Teddy's gone through so major changes the past few weeks. He can officially LAUGH/giggle although it's more of a squeal. He honestly sounds like the velociraptors in Jurassic Park. He can also ROLL OVER from belly to back. He does it in his sleep. I don't think he realizes he can do it yet because when he does it, he scares himself and he wakes up. Still working on getting him to do it awake. He also has two teeth coming in! Oh man. Lemme tell you. I don't know if other babies are like this, but Teddy's teeth bother him so bad. We could first see breakthrough on the front right tooth on the bottom on Nov 17, and this past weekend we saw the other bottom front tooth! Here's what they look like now:
He moves around so much I can barely get a good look at them! Ever since Thanksgiving, we've also been dealing with a sick baby. He just hasn't felt very good the past few days. Mom took him to the doctor on Tuesday because his rash was REALLY bad and because of his runny nose/general not-feeling-so-good. The doc said he has baby eczema really bad and just a slight cold. She asked if anyone else has eczema in the family and of course, I do. Really badly too. I REALLY hope Teddy doesn't inherit my skin. So we've been dealing with that. AND Aquaphor, the stuff we have to put on it, is like SUPER expensive for a little tiny bottle :( Also, even though he had a slight cold I was really fearful that he had RSV (which is super scary.) He didn't have it, but RSV season is upon us so I'm gonna have to be extra vigilant to have people wash their hands.
Well moving on, Teddy's first Thanksgiving was a success! He finally got to meet several relatives he hadn't ever met before. He was wooled and loved to death that's for sure. I think after the weekend tho he was glad to be back in his regular routine. Here are some pictures of the weekend.
Coleman's family's Thanksgiving:
(Uncle Tommy took this picture; he was rather proud of it)
Mommy's little turkey had too much turkey!
Teddy's First Thanksgiving. He's thankful for Mommy and Daddy :)
The Kessinger side of Mommy's family:
It should say, "Mommy's Little Ham!"
Maybe Carter's makes a Christmas one haha
The Phelps side:
Mamaw and Papaw got me a new toy! I can't figure out how to go in it, but I can chew on it!
The most precious face. EVER.
Work is still going really well. I absolutely love it. The only thing I dislike is leaving my little boy everyday. If I could take him with me, life would be perfect! Coleman's firefighter interview went really well. He won't hear anything back until after the first of the year so please continue to pray he gets that job. Well I can't think of anything else for right now. We got our Christmas tree up and Teddy loves it. Next year will be so much fun with him running around. Teddy has his 4 month shots on the 13th, Coleman and I are going to the Cowboys game on the 9th, and only 2 1/2 weeks left of school before Christmas break! I think I can, I think I can!
