We celebrated my birthday on Monday. 26. . . yikes! Anyways, Teddy laughed, like REALLY laughed for the first time on Wednesday the 7th. It was the CUTEST thing ever! He's been laughing a whole lot more now. He has been SO vocal it is ridiculous. I will try to post a video soon. He is talking so much, I guess he really is his mother's child! He turned 3 months old on Thursday. I was home sick that day but it was nice to be able to hang out just me and him!
My mom stayed with us the whole weekend because my dad is in western KY deer hunting. He already got a 6 point buck! Yay! But Saturday morning when he woke up, my mom said he had rolled over!!!! Belly to back that is. Yes we've started letting him sleep on his tummy so he'll sleep through the night better and he has. This past week, he's slept through the night like twice, and the other nights he's only woken up once! I don't think he realizes he can roll over cuz he does it in his sleep. When Aunt Tonita stayed with us almost 2 weeks ago, she said he did it then too! So apparently she has been proven correct! She's not crazy after all!
We can also see the beginnings of a tooth, his left lateral incisor. He is teething something awful. He has discovered his thumb, specifically his left thumb. I really think he's going to be left-handed because he does EVERYTHING with his left hand.
Oh yes, I can now mention my "someone special" I have been saving all of Teddy's things for! Our friends Tara and Jesse are having a baby! She's about 3 months along (same as Teddy!) and so Teddy and baby McInturf are going to be best friends! They're gonna be in the same grade and everything! You can follow her blog on the lower right. Also, my friends Jacob and Amanda are having a baby too! She's about as far along as Tara. It's so exciting to not be the only mommy in town! Pray for them and that they have healthy pregnancies.
Well I just wanted to update quickly on some major changes! I can't believe Thanksgiving is only a week and a half away! PS, I'm a total Scrooge when it comes to Thanksgiving. I believe that Christmas should only begin the day after Thanksgiving. People do not remember the true meanings of the holidays anymore. They should be thankful for what they have, before they ask for more!!!!! End of soapbox.
