But in all seriousness, I love my job. My kids are wonderful and the staff is awesome. We had a PD day on Friday so no kids, and boy were the kids ROWDY on Thursday! Of course they always are.
Last Monday was the big 2 month mark. I can't believe he's getting so big!
We had our doctor's appt this morning. My big boy is 12 lbs 7 oz (50th percentile), 23.75in (75th percentile), and his head circumference is 16in (85th percentile). The doctor said he's long and lean, which is good. Although his chubby little ham-hock legs beg to differ! He also had to get shots this morning. He was such a trooper! He did so well. The first one didn't phase him, but when she got to the 3rd it did. But he only cried a second!
We have also officially moved him back into his crib. Last night was ROUGH. But I think it'll just take some getting used to it again. But I've got all fall break to get him into a new routine before going back to work. I'm hoping he'll get to that sleeping 7 hours point again. That would be nice! He's been eating between 4oz and 6oz. Hopefully 6oz at night will help him sleep too. Although he is still only 9 weeks old (almost 10!), so sleeping through the night won't happen for a few more weeks.
If you can't tell, I've discovered some features on Instagram. It's my new fav thing! We also went to Boyd Orchards inVersailles last weekend. It was really fun!
