Engaged!

Just a quick post about our engagement. Coleman and I decided to get married! Our wedding day will be May 11, 2012. Yes, you read that correctly. In approximately 26 days. I am not a crazy person! Coleman proposed on Wednesday April 11. We were just laying in bed and talking about getting married and he told me how much he loved me, how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and asked me to marry him. It was very sweet, very us. My ring is beautiful. It was my Grandma Glenda's. She died when I was 5 months old. So it's very nice to have something of hers.

Plus I'm really excited because I got the PERFECT wedding band to match. It looks like they were made for each other. So anyways, we are getting married in 26 days and the past 72 hours have been a WHIRLWIND. But we have everything we need except for a few small things, which is a miracle! Just call me Wonder Woman! It is going to be a small wedding with family and a few friends, but it'll still be very nice, very romantic. We're getting married at the place where we met, Castle Hill Winery, at our friends' wedding.

On a Teddy update, he is perfect, we had our 24 week appointment and my parents got to go. Dr. Taylor even let them see Teddy. They were all tickled about that too. Next appointment will be the 28 week where I test for gestational diabetes. Not ready to drink that fun juice.

Well, prom is this weekend so after today, it will be no wedding stuff, all prom!!! Then it's wedding season! What's your favorite holiday: Christmas or wedding season?!
